!!! Chablis 2022 selection !!!
Our Chablis 2022 has been selected by the "Bureau Interprofessionel des Vins de Bourgogne" to be part of their special selection "Cave de Prestige" 2024. Therefore, our wine will be used among others to promote Burgondy wines
You can find it and taste it now directly at the "Cité des Vins" of Chablis.
!!! Our latest creation : l'Affûtée !!!
From our oldest vines, this wine has been partially aged in oak barrel. This aging provides slight wooded aroma which increase wine complexity. Idela with poultry or cooked fish.
Available from now on for tasting !
